某民航试用期地勤人员明尼苏达多相人格测查结果分析

         

摘要

目的 了解某民航试用期地勤人员的人格特征,为聘任合格的民航地勤人员提供心理学依据.方法 采用明尼苏达多相人格测查表(MMPI)对某民航试用期地勤人员进行测试,与中国常模进行对照分析.结果 39% (35/89)的试用期民航地勤人员存在回答条目的防御性.效度量表剖图MV7和MV8的所有受试者(13名)均具有两点编码型,而且均与Pa、Sc、Ma量表有关.与中国常模相比较,试用期男、女性民航地勤人员L、K量表评分均显著升高,D、Si量表评分均显著降低,Mas、Dy量表低分趋势(P<0.05).结论 试用期民航地勤人员具有自信、热情、独立、稳重、善于社交的人格特征,但仍有约25%的人员可能存在人格偏离或精神问题,有必要对他们进行心理访谈.%Objective To explore the personality characteristics of probationary groundcrew, and to provide psychological evidences for appointing qualified groundcrew. Methods 89 probationary groundcrews at a certain civil aviation were assessed with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory ( MMPI). The result was compared with the national norm. Results Defensiveness was found in 39% (35 cases) of subjects during the assessment. Subjects with MV 7 and MV 8 ( 13 cases) in validity scale configuration showed two-point code type, which was related with Pa scale, Sc scale or Ma scale. Compared with national norm, scores of L scale and K scale were higher and scores of D scale and Si scale were lower in probationary groundcrews, scores of Mas scale and Dy scale showed a decrease tendency ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Personality features of most probationary groundcrews consist of self-confidence, enthusiasm, independence, calmness and good social intercourse. But about 25% of them maybe have personality deviation or mental problems, which should be evaluated with professional psychological interview.
