改良外剥内扎加多形切口皮桥重建治疗环状混合痔54例观察

摘要

Objective:To study the feasibility and curative effect of the Improved procedure of Milligan-Morgan plus polymorphic incision of rebuilding skin-bridge on circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:54 cases of treatment group applying the procedure of the Improved procedure of Milligan-Morgan plus polymorphic incision of rebuilding skin-bridge were compared with 48 cases of controlled group applying the procedure of traditional Milligan-Morgan on pain,anal swelling,anal margin level,healing time,the liquid overflow,anal Stenosis,defecation dysfunction,etc after operation.Results:Clinical observation showed that the treatment group has such more advantages as pain,anal swelling,anal margin level,healing time,the liquid overflow,anal stenosis,defecation dysfunction,etc after operation.Conclusion:The procedure of the Improved procedure of Milligan-Morgan plus polymorphic incision of rebuilding skin-bridge on circular mixed hemouuhoids is safe,effective and worthy of clinical application%　　目的：探讨改良外剥内扎加多形切口皮桥重建治疗环状混合痔的可行性及疗效。方法：治疗组54例用改良外剥内扎加多形切口皮桥重建治疗，对照组48例采用传统外剥内扎治疗。结果：治疗组术后肛门疼痛、创缘水肿、肛缘平整、平均愈合时间、溢液、肛管变形狭窄、排便功能障碍等方面均优于对照组。结论：改良外剥内扎加多形切口皮桥重建治疗环状混合痔安全，疗效良好。
