围刺法结合药物穴位注射治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察围刺法结合药物穴位注射治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：80例随机分成两组各40例，在基础治疗的同时，围刺穴注组用围刺、穴位和注射利多卡因、曲安奈德、维生素B12等，西药组口服消炎痛和别嘌呤醇，两组均治疗1周后判定疗效。结果：总有效率围刺穴注组100%、西药组85%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：围刺法结合药物、穴位注射治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效较好，且无明显不良反应。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of encircling needling combined with acupoint injection therapy on gout arthritis.Methods:Randomly divide 80 cases into 2 groups;Based on the group of encircling needling combined with acupoint injection therapy was 40 cases for injecting lidocaine,B12 and others; the group of western medicine was 40cases of taking indometacin and allopurinol; observe their effects after 1w.Results:In group of acupoint injection therapy treatment,38 cases were cured,2 were effective,total effective rate was 100%;while the total effective rate 85% for group of western medicine treatment,the difference was of statistical meaning.Conclusion:The encircling needling combined with acupoint injection therapy can strengthen cure effect,reduce the side effects of western medicine,shorten a treatment course,and also recommend.
