针刺配合中药治疗三叉神经痛疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on trigeminal neuralgia treated by acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs. Method: 112 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly. 56 cases were treated by normal therapy such as trophic nerve, analgesia, and so on as the western medicine control group while 56 cases were treated by acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs as the TCM study group. Result: The improvement of pain and therapeutic effect of the TCM study group was superior to that of the western medicine control group significantly(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the TCM study group was lower than that of the western medicine control group significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs has good clinical therapeutic effect on trigeminal neuralgia.%目的:观察针刺配合中药治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效.方法:112例分为中医治疗组56例与西医对照组56例,西医对照组用常规营养神经、镇痛等治疗,中医治疗组用针刺配合中药治疗.结果:中医治疗组疼痛改善情况、治疗效果明显优于西医对照组(P<0.05),中医治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于西医对照组(P<0.05).结论:针刺配合中药治疗三叉神经痛有良好的临床疗效.
