醋酸去氨加压素及中药治疗小儿遗尿症疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察醋酸去氨加压素结合中药治疗小儿遗尿症的临床疗效。方法：105例随机分成对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组和治疗组。对照Ⅰ组单用醋酸去氨加压素治疗，对照Ⅱ组单用中药中频导入治疗，治疗组用醋酸去氨加压素及中药中频导入治疗。结果：对照Ⅰ组总有效率66.7%、复发率24.2%，对照Ⅱ组总有效率71.9%、复发率21.9%，治疗组总有效率92.5%、复发率7.5%，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组（P＜0.05），复发率明显低于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后较治疗前遗尿次数明显减少（P＜0.05），治疗后及随访时遗尿次数治疗组也明显低于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组（P＜0.05）。结论：醋酸去氨加压素及中药中频导入治疗小儿遗尿症疗效显著且复发率低。%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of desmopressin acetate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating infantile enuresis. Method: 105 cases of enuresis were randomly divided into control groupⅠ, control groupⅡand the treatment group. The control groupⅠwere treated with desmopressin acetate only, the control groupⅡwith intermediate frequency introduction of traditional Chinese medicine only while the treatment group were treated with desmopressin acetate combined with intermediate frequency introduction of traditional Chinese medicine. Result:The total effective rate of the control groupⅠwas 66.7%and the recurrence rate was 24.2%. The total effective rate of the control groupⅡwas 71.9%and the recurrence rate was 21.9%. The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%and the recurrence rate was 7.5%. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control groupⅠand the control group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The relapse rate of treatment group was lower than that of the control groupⅠand the control groupⅡ(P<0.05). The enuresis times of the treatment group after treatment significantly reduced than before treatment(P<0.05). The enuresis times of the treatment group were obviously lower than that of the control groupⅠand groupⅡafter treatment and in follow-up visit(P<0.05). Conclusion: Desmopressin acetate combined with intermediate frequency introduction of traditional Chinese medicine has significant effect in treating infantile enuresis with low recurrence rate.
