新疆三地州维吾尔族青少年口腔颌面颈部脉管性疾病影响因素的分析

摘要

1:1 matched case-control study was carried out in 341 patients with maxillofacial and neck vascular abnormalities by cross-sectional investigation. The patients were from 8 325 Uighur children aged 1 ～ 12 years old in the areas of Kashi, Hotian and Kezhou.All of the data were analyzed with simple and multiple conditional Logistic regression. The related factors were virus infection ( OR =11.03 ), exposure to harmful materials ( OR = 18.98 ) and malnutrition ( OR = 22.03 ) during early pregnancy of the mathers. Vascular abnormalities of maxillofacial and neck was caused by multiple influencing factors.%采用病例对照研究对341例颌面颈部脉管性疾病病例进行分析.病例包括新疆南疆三地州8 325名维吾尔族少年儿童颌面颈部脉管性疾病的横断面调查.所有数据进行单因素分析和多因素条件Logistic回归分析.在条件Logistic回归模型中:患者母亲在怀孕早期病毒感染、接触有害物、营养不良等与患有颌面部脉管性疾病关系显著,OR值分别是11.03、18.98、22.30.避免孕早期病毒感染,改变不良生活方式,提高健康水平,可减少青少年颌面颈部脉管性疾病的发生.
