双颌前突用无托槽隐形矫治器矫治1例

摘要

1 case with Class I molar relationship,mild arch length crowding with average angle and bimaxillary protrusion was treated with extraction of 4 first premolars followed by invisible appliance Angelalign( EAB,Incorporation). The upper and lower arch length discrepancy was eliminated. The upper and lower anterior teeth were adducted, normal overjet and overbite of anterior teeth, Class I canine and molar relationship was established. The prognathism face profile was improved.%患者为安氏Ⅰ类、均角的牙列轻度拥挤伴双颌软组织前突,拔除4个第一前磨牙,应用国产无托槽隐形矫治器矫治,解除牙列拥挤,内收上下前牙,建立前牙正常覆(牙合)覆盖及尖牙、磨牙中性咬合关系,前突侧貌改善明显.
