Objective: To quantify Bis-GMA elution with time from different adhesive systems using reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) . Methods: Fifteen denline discs were prepared and were randomly assigned to Single Bond 2( SB) , Clearfil SE Bond( SEB) and Clearfil 3S Bond( 3SB) adhesives. The adhered discs were immersed in 75% ethanol/water at 37 ℃ im-mediately after light-curing. Bis-GMA elution was measured by HPLC al 10 min, 30 min, 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 7 d and 14 d after immersion respectively. The data were statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Results: Uncured monomers were elu-ted from all of three types of dentin adhesive systems. The whole elution occurred in 24 h after bonding, and the highest eluting amount was detected within the first 10 min, SEB > 3SB > SB( P <0. 01) . Conclusion: Different type of dentin adhesive systems immersed in 75% ethanol/water, showed similar monomer elution kinetics.%目的:利用反相高效液相色谱法定量分析不同牙本质粘接体系中Bis-GMA随时间变化的析出量.方法:15个牙本质片(8 mm×8 mm×1 mm)根据选用的牙本质粘接剂随机分为Single Bond 2(SB)、Clearfil SE Bond(SEB)和Clearfil 3S Bond(3SB)3组,分别按使用说明进行粘接操作后储存于37 ℃、75%的酒精中浸泡老化,于10 min、30 min,1 h,3 h,6 h、24h、48 h、72 h、7 d、14 d各取每个试件浸泡的老化液进行反相高效液相色谱议(HPLC)检测,对结果数据做单因素方差分析.结果:3种不同类型的粘接系统中均存在未聚合单体Bis-GMA的析出,且主要集中在操作完成后的24 h内,以最初10 min内的析出量最高,SEB组>3SB组>SB组(P<0.01).结论:不同类型牙本质粘接系统内的单体Bis-GMA在75%的酒精中的析出动力学基本类似.
