Objetive To observe the effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma (NVG).Methods From March 2014 to April 2016,68 patients with NVG were randomly divided into two groups,each with 34 cases.The rats in the control group were treated with trabeculectomy,and the observation group was treated with intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with trabeculectomy.(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 94.12％ (32/34) in the observation group and 73.53％ (25/34) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.82％ (3/34) lower than that in the control group (29.41％,10/34),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with trabeculectomy for NVG can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure in patients with less complications.%目的 观察玻璃体腔注射康柏西普与复合式小梁切除术联合治疗新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的效果.方法 选 取2014年3月～ 2016年4月我院68例NVG患者,随机数字表法分组,各34例.对照组采用复合式小梁切除术治疗,观察组给予玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合复合式小梁切除术治疗.结果 治疗后观察组眼压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组治疗总有效率94.12％(32/34)高于对照组73.53％(25/34),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率8.82％(3/34)低于对照组29.41％(10/34),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合复合式小梁切除术治疗NVG,可有效降低患者眼压,并发症少,疗效显著.
