关节镜手术治疗肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病

摘要

Objective Preliminary report the clinical effect about to use the elbow arthroscopy to treat the elbow joint synovial chondromatosis. Methods From January 2007 to February 2009,a total of 15 cases of synovial chondromatosis of the elbow were treated with the arthroscopic surgery, follow up 12 cases of them, 1 to 3 years of followup time. Results Reference the elbow scoring system of Mayo before and after surgery,to rate for all of the patients, the average elbow score increased from 57.5 points to 89.6 points from preoperative topostoperative. Conclusion Show that to treat the elbow joint synovial chondromatosis with the elbow arthroscopy is certain curative effect,littlier trauma,patient rehabilitation quickly and so,is effective method of treat the elbow joint synovial chondromatosis.%目的 初步报告肘关节镜治疗肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病的临床疗效.方法 2007年1月至2009年2月,我科共对15 例肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病的患者施行了关节镜手术,随访12 例,其中男8 例,女4 例;年龄16～65 岁,平均26.5 岁.结果 随访时间1～3年,本组手术前后参照Mayo肘关节评分系统,对所有患者均进行评分,肘关节评分从术前平均57.5分提高到术后平均89.6分.结论 肘关节镜治疗肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病具有疗效确切、创伤小、患者康复快等优点,是治疗肘关节滑膜软骨瘤病的有效方法.
