目的：总结肩关节镜辅助下进行急性肱二头肌长头肌腱断裂固定术的治疗效果，探讨手术方案的可行性，积累急性肱二头肌长头肌腱断裂的治疗经验。方法选择我科自2010年7月至2013年5月收治的13例急性肱二头肌长头肌腱断裂患者，应用肩关节镜辅助行急性肱二头肌长头肌腱断裂固定术治疗。患者均为男性，年龄为19~37岁，平均（27.32±6.11）岁；左侧5例，右侧8例，均为单侧损伤。术后指导康复功能锻炼，根据美国肩肘外科协会评分对肩关节进行术后功能评估。结果本组13例患者均得到随访，随访时间8个月~2年。所有患者伤臂中下段软组织包块消失，外观形态正常，屈肘及前臂外旋力量与健侧比较无明显减弱，工作生活正常。美国肩肘外科协会评分由术前（2.6±12.9）分升至术后末次随访（3.7±4.1）分，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.01）。结论应用肩关节镜辅助治疗急性肱二头肌长头肌腱断裂，术后可早期行功能锻炼，手术效果满意。%Objective To summarize the clinical effect of fixation assisted by arthroscopy in acute long head of biceps brachii rupture,analyze the feasibility of surgical options,and accumulate experience in the treatment of acute biceps tendon rupture. Methods 13 cases of acute biceps tendon rupture patients of our department from July 2010 to May 2013 underwent biceps tendon fixation with arthroscopy assistance. After postoperative rehabilitation functional training guidance,postoperative functional assessment as to the shoulder was carried out according to the American shoulder and Elbow Surgery Society score (ASES). Results The 13 cases were followed up for 8 months to 2 years. The soft tissue bump of the injured lower arm of all patients disappeared,appearance was normal,elbow,forearm supination strength was not significantly reduced. Moreover,all of the patients had a normal life and work. ASES score improved from(42. 6 ± 12. 9)pre-operation to compared with contralateral (93. 7 ± 4. 1)in last follow-up(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion The treatment results of acute biceps tendon rupture with arthroscop-ic assistance and early postoperative functional exercise were satisfactory.
