目的:探讨低蛋白含量壳聚糖神经导管的组织相容性.方法:参照医疗器械生物学评价标准GB/T 16886.6-1997,评价低蛋白含量壳聚糖神经导管植入家兔背部皮下组织后第1、2、4、12周的组织相容性.结果:皮下植入术后家兔一般情况正常,伤口愈合良好.大体观察发现,神经导管大小随植入时间的延长逐渐减小并和周围组织结合日益紧密,以植入后第4周变化明显.组织学检测表明,术后第1周,导管结构依稀可见,较多中性粒细胞浸润导管周围,未见成纤维细胞;术后第2周,导管与周围组织边界尚清楚,几乎没见中性粒细胞浸润,导管周围有成纤维细胞附着;术后第4周,导管表面出现分支,与真皮组织分界欠清,并有少许血管出现,导管周围的成纤维细胞减少;术后第12周,导管表面分支逐渐增多,与真皮组织界面模糊,新生血管进一步增多.结论:低蛋白壳聚糖神经导管的组织相容性好,可降解并且有生物活性.%Objective To study the histocompatihility of nerve guide conduit contented chitosan of lower protein. Methods According to Biological Assessment Standards of Medical Apparatus and Instrument GB/T 16886.6- 1997 , the histocompatibility of nerve guide conduit contented chitosan of lower protein was evaluated after being implanted into subcutaneous tissue of rabbit back in 1 ,2,4,12 weeks, respectively. Results General condition and wound healing of raBbit were fine after subcutaneous implantation. Under gross observation , the size of nerve guide conduit was gradually decreased and combined to the surrounding tissue after implantation , especially at week 4. Under histological observation , structure of conduit could be seen very distinctly , and there were lots of neutrophile granulocytes gathered around the nerve guide conduit , hut didn ' t fih rohlasts at week 1 ; The structure of conduit could be seen distinctly , and there were few neutrophile granulocytes gathered around nerve guide conduit ,and so did lots of fibrohlasts at week 2 ; Some branches and blood vessels could be seen at the surface of conduit , the structure of conduit appeared dimly , and fibroblasts were decreased at week 4. Lots of branches and blood vessels could he seen at the surface of conduit , the structure of conduit appeared very dimly at week 12. Conclusion Nerve guide conduit contented chitosan of lower protein is histocompatible , degradable and bioactive for rabbit.
