壳聚糖神经导管修复神经鞘瘤所致10mm周围神经缺损的实验研究

         

摘要

Objective: To observe the regeneration and recovery of the 10mm surrounding nerves damaged by schwannoma after repaired with the chitosan nerve conduit. Method: Prepared the schwannoma model → tumor abscission, chitosan nerve conduit ( Group A ) and silicone tube ( Group B ) bridging → observe the formation of the cicatrisation around and absorption of the bridging materials. At the 12th week, start general specimen observation, organize the students to observation, neurophysiological testing and normal control ( Group C ) comparison. Result: As a result, Group A adheres severely with the surrounding tissues at the 6th week and gradually reduces at the 8th week. At the 12th week, there's no obvious adhesion, the conduit is basically decomposed and absorbed and the nerve continuity has been established. Histology and electro-physiological testing proves that the damaged nerves have regenerated with recovered functions. Group A are obviously better than those of Group B, There's no statistical meaning between group. Conclusion: Chitosan nerve conduit can obviously promote regeneration and function restoration of the 10mm surrounding nerves damaged by the schwannoma.%目的:观察壳聚糖神经导管修复神经鞘瘤所致10mm周围神经缺损的神经再生恢复情况.方法:制备神经鞘瘤模型→肿瘤切除、壳聚糖神经导管(A组)及硅胶管(B组)桥接→观察桥接材料周围的瘢痕形成及桥接材料吸收情况,12周时行大体标本观察、组织学观察、神经电生理检测与正常对照组(C组)比较.结果:A组术后6周时与周围组织粘连较重,8周时逐渐减轻,12周时无明显粘连,导管已基本降解吸收,神经连续性已建立;组织学及电生理检测证实缺损的神经已再生、功能恢复良好,A组综合效果明显优于B组,组间差异无统计学意义.结论:壳聚糖神经导管能明显促进神经鞘瘤所致10mm周围神经缺损后的神经再生与功能恢复.
