托拉塞米联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗老年慢性心功能不全的疗效分析

摘要

目的:观察托拉塞米联合环磷腺苷葡胺对老年慢性心功能不全患者的心功能和血浆脑钠素(BNP)的影响.方法:58例老年慢性心功能不全患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用托拉塞米和环磷腺苷葡胺,治疗14 d后评价两组患者治疗前后的临床心功能分级情况、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室射血分数(LVEF)的改善情况及血浆BNP水平的变化.结果:治疗组患者心功能改善显著,LVEDD、LVEF和血浆BNP改善明显优于对照组(P均＜ 0.01).结论:托拉塞米联合环磷腺苷葡胺可显著改善老年慢性心功能不全患者的心功能,降低血浆BNP水平.%Objective To observe the effects of torasemide combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate (MAC) on heart function and plasma level of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods 58 elderly patients with chronic CHF were randomly divided into treated group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy, while those in treated group received conventional therapy and torasemide combined with MAC treatment. 14 days after the treatment, the heart functional class, left ventricular enddiastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular enddiastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular endsystolic diameter (LVESD), and plasma level of BNP in the two groups were evaluated. Results After the treatment, the heart functional class, LVEDD, LVEDD, LVESD, and plasma level of BNP in treated group were significantly ameliorated than those in control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Torasemide combined with MAC can improve the heart function and reduce the plasma level of BNP in elderly patients with chronic CHF.
