Objective To explore the value of oral contrast media to lower choledocholithiasis. Methods For patients with common bile duct calculi routine examination after normal ultrasound oral gastric ultrasound contrast ultrasound, ultrasound results contrast analysis with operation results. Results Forty-five cases with conventional abdominal ultrasound examination due to reasons such as the gas interference under 17 cases of lower choledocholithiasis showed no clear diagnosis, all cases routine ultrasound examination were performed after oral gastric ultrasound contrast ultrasound window, all can be clear display lower choledocholithiasis, and surgical results coincidence rate was 100%. Conclusion Gastric ultrasound contrast ultrasound can maximum reduce dependence on the ultrasonic inspection technology and inspection technique, greatly improve lower choledocholithiasis showing ability, for clinical preoperative cavity mirror operation scheme evaluation and choice to provide simple, economic and accurate basis, suitable for primary hospital.%目的：探讨口服胃窗超声造影剂超声检查对胆总管下段结石的诊断价值。方法对拟诊为胆总管结石的患者常规普通超声检查后进行口服胃超声造影剂超声检查，超声检查结果与手术结果对照分析。结果45例患者常规腹部超声检查由于气体干扰等原因17例胆总管下段显示不清无法诊断，所有病例常规超声检查后均进行口服胃窗超声造影剂超声检查，均能较清晰显示胆总管下段结石，与手术结果符合率100%。结论胃超声造影剂超声检查可以最大程度减轻对超声检查者的技术和检查手法的依赖，大大提高胆总管下段结石的显像能力，为临床腔镜术前手术方案的评估和选择提供简便、经济、准确的依据，适宜面向基层医院推广。
