超声检测对糖尿病患者颈动脉病变的临床应用价值

摘要

目的：观察并探讨超声检测对糖尿病患者颈动脉病变诊断价值。方法选取我院收治的70例糖尿病患者为观察组，并选取同期体检的70名志愿者为对照组，利用彩色多普勒超声对所有患者双侧颈动脉内径（CADIA），颈动脉血管壁内、中膜的厚度（CAIMT），血管壁中的斑块情况以及动脉血流情况进行检测。结果观察组患者的CADIA、CAIMT以及颈动脉斑块的检出率与对照组相比，均发生明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心脑血管病的一项重要致病因素即为颈动脉发生粥样硬化，通过颈动脉超声检测，可为糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的诊断提供可靠依据，从而确保患者心脑血管病的及时诊断与治疗，具有非常重要的临床应用价值。%Objective To observe and discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound detection of carotid artery disease with diabetes patients. Methods Selected 70 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital as observation group , and selected 70 healthy volunteers of health examination during the same period as the control group , all patients with bilateral inner diameter of carotid artery by color Doppler ultrasound (CADIA), carotid artery within the vascular wall, intima thickness (CAIMT), were detected in the vascular wall plaque and arterial blood flow. Results The patients in the observation group of CADIA, CAIMT and carotid artery plaque detection rate compared with the control group , significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion An important pathogenic factors of cardio cerebral vascular disease is the carotid artery atherosclerosis. The carotid ultrasound detection can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with diabetes can be, so as to ensure the timely diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, it has very important value in clinical application.
