Objective To investigate the schizophrenia patients in the cavity of septum pellucidum brain CT findings and its clinical significance. Methods Two hundred and twenty cases of patients with mental illness in March 2006 to January 2013 were treated in our hospital, were divided according to patients, including 121 cases of patients with schizophrenia, 99 patients with other psychiatric disorders, compared with healthy control group. Com-parison of the results of the inspection to observe the brain CT. Results The schizophrenia group cavity of septum pellucidum detection rate was 9.9%, other mental diseases cavity of septum pellucidum detection rate was 1.0%, cavi-ty of septum pellucidum check control group was 0, the schizophrenia group cavity of septum pellucidum detection rate was obviously higher than that of other mental diseases group and control group(P<0.05); schizophrenia in group 12 cases cavity of septum pellucidum patients, male patients for 9 cases, 3 cases of female patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), including 30 years old of the following young patients than other age group detection rate was significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with schizophrenia cavity of septum pellucidum were higher than other psychiatric patients and normal people significantly improved, confirmed that the cavity of septum pellucidum is the main reason for induced schizophrenia. Chamber of septum pellucidum in brain CT examination in patients with schizophrenia has a very important significance, it is worthy clinical application.%目的：探讨精神分裂症患者中透明隔腔的脑CT表现及其临床意义。方法通过对2006年3月至2013年1月在我院进行治疗的220例精神疾病患者，按照患者病情进行划分，其中精神分裂症患者121例，其他精神疾病患者99例，比较同期的健康者为对照组。观察比较上述检查对象的脑CT表现。结果精神分裂症组透明隔腔检出率为9.9％，其他精神疾病组透明隔腔检出率为1．0％，对照组的透明隔腔检出率为0，精神分裂症组透明隔腔检出率较其他精神疾病组和对照组明显增加（P＜0．05）；精神分裂症组12例透明隔腔患者中，男性患者数为9例，女性患者数3例，男性患者较女性患者数明显增加（P＜0．05），其中30岁以下青壮年患者数较其他年龄段检出率明显增加（P＜0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者透明隔腔的检出率较其他精神疾病患者和健康者明显提高，证实透明隔腔是为诱发精神分裂症的主要原因。透明隔腔的脑CT在精神分裂症患者检查中有着十分重要的意义，临床值得推广应用。
