小儿脑性瘫痪63例颅脑CT表现

摘要

目的 探讨小儿脑性瘫痪的颅脑CT表现.方法 选取临床确诊的63例脑性瘫痪患儿进行CT扫描,并对其CT表现进行分析及统计其发病率. 结果 扫描所见的63例脑瘫患儿中53例异常,广泛性或局限性脑萎缩17例,脑积水12例,胼胝体发育不良9例,颅内软化灶6例,脑穿通畸型4例,脑白质发育不良2例,前脑无裂畸形1例,TORCH感染1例,脑皮层层状坏死1例,阳性率为84%. 结论 颅脑CT对脑瘫患儿的颅内异常表现有很高的检出率,有助于了解病因及病变部位,从而对判断患儿的预后及治疗提供帮助.%Objective To discuss and analyze the CT features of pediatric cerebral palsy. Methods 63 cases clinical confirmed cerebral palsy underwent brain CT scan ,and analyze the CT manifestations and the morbidity statistic. Results 53 cases′CT images were abnormal;17 cases were displayed diffused or localized cerebral atrophy;hydrocephalus was found in 12 cases,there were 9 cases of corpus callosum dysplasia, 6 cases of encephalomalacia, 4 cases of porencephaly,2 cases of cerebral white matter hypoplasia ,1 case of holoprosencephaly,1 case of TORCH infection and cortical laminar necrosis was found in 1 case ,the postive rate was 84%. Conclusion Brain CT scan has a high detection rate of the intracranial abnormalities of pediatric cerebral palsy,it is helpful to investigate the eti-ology and lesion site,and estimate the patient′s prognosis and clinical treatment.
