眼眶爆裂骨折的多层螺旋CT表现分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of processing technology of MSCT in orbita blowout fractures. Methods MSCT data of 76 patients with orbita blowout fractures were analyzed retrospectively. Results MSCT direct of orbital blowout fracture were orbital wall bone discontinuity, orbital bone sag and curvature."Teardrop"sign was inferior or medial orbital wall fracture specific indirect signs. The transaxial images were the best to display inner orbital fracture. The coronal and sagittal images were the best to display the inferior orbital wall frac﹣ture; and the coronal images were the best to display the mixed orbital wall fractures. Conclusion MSCT volume scan of multi planar reconstruction can be acomprehensive and accurate diagnosis of orbital blowout fracture, which provide an important basis for clinical treatment,it is the first choice for the diagnosis of orbital blowout fracture ex﹣amination method.%目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）在眼眶爆裂骨折的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析76例眼眶爆裂骨折的MSCT表现。结果眼眶爆裂骨折的直接MSCT征象为眶壁骨质连续性中断、眶壁骨质凹陷及曲度失常。“泪滴征”是诊断眼眶下壁和内侧壁爆裂骨折的特异性间接征象。眶内壁骨折以横断面显示最佳，眶下壁骨折以冠状面及矢状面显示最佳，混合性骨折以冠状面图像显示最佳。结论 MSCT容积扫描的多平面重建能全面、准确地诊断眼眶爆裂骨折，为临床治疗提供重要依据，是诊断眼眶爆裂骨折的首选检查方法。
