胸部闭合性肺实质损伤的多层螺旋CT表现

摘要

Objective To investigate MSCT manifestations of blunt chest pulmonary parenchyma injury. Methods Imaging data of 112 patients with blunt chest pulmonary parenchyma injury were retrospectively analyzed. Results MSCT features of blunt chest trauma: ①Simple pulmonary contusion in 73 cases showed cloudy, or patchy ground glass like high density shadow, blurred edge; subpleural sparing sign. ②Laceration of lung with pulmonary contusion in 39 cases showed cystic lung; lung sac cavity; pulmonary hematoma; pulmonary contusion change. Conclusion MSCT is the best method for the diagnosis and dynamic observation of closed lung parenchyma injury, by which there is important value to guide clinical treatment.%目的：探讨胸部闭合性肺实质损伤的多层螺旋CT（MSCT）表现。方法回顾性分析112例胸部闭合性肺实质损伤患者的影像学资料。结果胸部闭合性肺实质损伤的MSCT表现为：①单纯性肺挫伤73例，表现为云絮状、斑片状或磨玻璃样密度增高影，边缘模糊；胸膜下条絮征。②肺撕裂伤合并肺挫伤39例，表现为肺气囊腔；肺气液囊腔；肺血肿；肺挫伤改变。结论 MSCT是诊断及动态观察胸部闭合性肺实质损伤的最佳检查方法，对临床治疗有重要的指导价值。
