背景抑制全身弥散加权成像临床应用价值研究

摘要

目的：探讨背景抑制全身弥散加权（类PET）成像在肿瘤TNM分期、转移瘤原发灶筛查、健康体检的应用价值。方法对42例恶性肿瘤患者、7例转移瘤、18名健康体检者的类PET图像进行分析，类PET图像包括原始图像，即自旋平面﹣回波成像（SE﹣EPI）序列行分段全身弥散加权成像（DWI）扫描，重建及最大密度投影（MIP）图像以及冠状位T2WI图像。结果42例恶性肿瘤患者中，乳腺癌30例，肺癌3例，肝癌5例，结肠癌3例，鼻咽癌1例，临床诊断T0﹣2N0﹣1M0﹣1共35例，类PET成像检查，有3例由N0期改变为N1期，4例由M0期改变为M1期。7例转移瘤有2例查出原发灶；18名健康体检者有3名发现异常，未查处恶性肿瘤。结论类PET成像在肿瘤TNM分期、转移瘤原发灶筛查、健康体检方面有一定应用价值。%Objective Study of Background inhibition of whole body diffusion weighted (PET﹣like) imaging in tumor TNM stage, metastatic primary focal screening and application value of the physical examination. Methods The 42 cases of malignant tumor patients,7 cases of metastatic tumor,18 cases of healthy physical examination, to PET﹣like images were analyzed, and PET﹣like image includes the original image, the plane﹣spin echo imaging (SE﹣EPI) sequence segmented whole body DWI scans, rebuild and MIP images,and coronal T2WI images. Results A﹣mong the 42 cases of malignant tumor patients, 30 cases of breast cancer, 3 cases of lung cancer, 5 cases of liver cancer,3 cases of colon cancer and 1 case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The clinical diagnosis of T0﹣2N0﹣1M0﹣1 a total of 35 cases, PET﹣like imaging 3 cases change N0 phase to N1, 4 cases change M0 phase to M1. In 2 cases of 7 cases metastatic tumor found to the original site ,3 cases of 18 cases in abnormal to physical examination , and no malignant tumor. Conclusion The PET﹣like imaging in tumor TNM stage, metastatic primary focal screening and phys﹣ical examination has certain application value.
