多层螺旋CT及其后处理技术在诊断隐匿性肋骨骨折中的临床应用

摘要

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）及后处理技术在诊断隐匿性骨折中的应用价值。方法对52例考虑隐匿性肋骨骨折患者进行128层螺旋CT扫描，将所得原始数据进行图像后处理技术，获得容积再现（VR），最大密度投影（MIP），多平面重组（MPR）、曲面重建（CPR）等图像。结果 MSCT后处理技术较为清晰显示不同部位、不同类型肋骨隐匿性骨折，52例胸部外伤患者共确诊83处肋骨骨折。结论 MSCT及其后处理技术可对肋骨隐匿性骨折进行准确诊断，是肋骨隐匿性骨骨折确诊首选影像学方法。%Objective To investigate the clinical application value of multiple slice CT (MSCT) and post-pro-cessing technique in diagnosis of rib occult fracture. Methods The MSCT imaging findings of 52 patients with rib occult fracture were post-processing technique by volume rending(VR), maximum intensity projection(MIP), multipla-nar reconstruction (MPR)and curved planar reconstruction (CPR). Results All reconstruction images from post-pro-cessed could show the fractures clearly ,83 rib fractures were revealed in the 52 patients by MSCT. Conclusion MSCT and post-processing technique can confirm the diagnosis of rib fracture,MSCT has been preferred in imaging diagnosis of rib occult fracture.
