微型钛板在多指离断再植中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate and analysis the clinical effect of mini titanium plate internal fixation to replant severed fingers. Methods In 12 cases of 29 severed fingers, the fracture of palm and finger were fixed with mini titanium plate; post-operation functional exercise were in 3 weeks. Results There was no survival in 1 cases, and wound infection in 1 cases, the other 27 cases survived; followed-up for 3~ 14 months, fracture healed well, there was no obvious appearance of rotation and angulation.According to the standards of Chinese Medical Association of Hand Surgery Society of hand function evaluation:excellent in 15 fingers, good in 10 fingers, moderate in 4 finger, fair in 1 finger, excellent and good rate was 86.2%. Conclusion It is firm and reliable that using mini titanium plate fixation in the treatment of multiple fingers from palm and finger fracture, and helpful to the early exercise, is a good internal fixation method.%目的：探讨分析微型钛板内固定治疗多指离断再植的临床效果。方法12例29指断指再植，掌、指骨骨折采用微型钛板内固定；骨折背侧或旁背侧固定；术后3周开始功能锻炼。结果断指未成活1指，伤口感染1指，换药后愈合，余27指顺利成活；随访3～14个月，骨折愈合顺利外观无明显旋转及成角畸形。按中华医学会手外科学会手部功能评定标准评定：优15指，良10指，可3指，差1指，优良率86.2%。结论微型钛板内固定治疗多指离断掌指骨折，牢固可靠，有助于早期锻炼，是一种较好的内固定方法。
