真皮下血管网皮瓣原位回植治疗手掌皮肤逆行撕脱伤

摘要

目的 报道手掌皮肤逆行撕脱伤手术方法及疗效.方法 用逆行撕脱的手掌皮肤制成真皮下血管网皮瓣原位回植,治疗手掌皮肤逆行撕脱伤16例.结果 术后随访6～12个月.本组16例中15例手掌皮肤完全成活,手部外形接近正常,术后6～8个月有触觉及痛温觉,未见肌腱粘连及关节僵硬发生,患手功能形态恢复良好,效果满意.结论 采用逆行撕脱的手掌皮肤制成真皮下血管网皮瓣原位回植,是治疗手掌皮肤逆行撕脱伤较好的手术方法.%Objective To report the operative methods and effect of treating skin reversed avulsion of hand.Methods We used the skin of hand avulsed to make subdermal vascular network flaps, and then regrafted these flaps on the hand to treat 16 cases with skin reversed avulsion of hand. Results All patients were followed up for 6～12 months. Palmar skin survived completely, and the shape of hands was close to normal in 15 cases. Patients' hands began to have a sense of touch, pain and warm 6～8 months after operation. No occurrence of tendon adhesion and joint stiffness was observed. Hands' shape and function got recovery. Conclusion It is a better method that regrafting subdermal vascular network flaps to teat skin reversed avulsion.
