Objective To explore the treatment of the distal radius fracture minimal invasive technology and the external fixation, and to evaluate its effect. Methods 22 cases with the distal radius fracture were treated by minimal invasive technology and the external fixation. The patients began to excise the wrist function after removing the external fixation in 6~8 weeks later. Results The wrist function was evaluated by Mcbride scale. 14 sides were graded as excellent, 5 as good, 3 as fair. Conclusion It is a very effective method to treat the young and the old who have the complicated distal radius fracture with the minimal invasive technology and the external fixation, and they can obtain good reduction and recovery of the function.%目的:探讨微创技术加外固定支架治疗桡骨远端骨折的方法及疗效。方法本组19例22侧桡骨远端骨折均采用微创技术加外固定支架治疗,术后6~8周拆除外固定支架,行腕关节功能锻炼。结果根据改良Mcbride评分和纽约骨科医院腕关节评估标准评定,优14侧,良5侧,可3侧。结论应用微创技术加外固定支架治疗青壮年及老年人复杂的桡骨远端骨折,不仅复位满意,且固定牢靠,关节功能恢复满意,是一种有效的治疗方法。
