水胶体结合银离子在慢性难愈性溃疡创面治疗中的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of water gel combined with silver ions for external useing in limbs chronic painless ulcer wound. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, 30 cases with chronic painless ulcer wound in our hospital, were treated with water gel and silver ion, and observed the curative the effect. Results In all 30 cases, wound healed in 16 cases, wound were markedly effective in 5 cases, effective in 6 cases, ineffective in 3 cases. Conclusion Water gel and silver ions for external useing can be better control infection status of chronic painless limb ulcer wound, promote ulcer wound union, curative effect is reliable, easy to carry out, can be used widely in clinic.%目的：评价水胶体结合银离子在肢体慢性难愈性溃疡创面处理中的疗效。方法对2015年1月-12月收治的30例慢性难愈性溃疡患者，全部采用水胶体、银离子外用治疗，观察其在肢体慢性难愈性溃疡创面的疗效。结果30例患者中，伤口创面愈合16例，创面治疗显效5例，有效6例，无效3例。结论水胶体、银离子外用可较好地控制肢体慢性难愈性溃疡创面的感染，促进溃疡面的愈合，疗效可靠，容易开展，可在临床推广使用。
