应用显微外科技术治疗甲下血管球瘤的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To treat subungual glomus tumor by microsurgery and to explore the clinical curative effect. Methods Between June 2013 and March 2015, using microsurgery resection in 13 cases of subungual glomus tumor and postoperative tumor tissue was sent to pathological examination. Results The pathological results of all patients were glomus tumor. All 13 patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, and the average was 15 months. Pain symptoms disappeared, nail smooth, and no recurrence during follow-up. Conclusion Application of microsurgical technique in the treatment of subungual glomus tumor, have the adventage of smaller trauma, lower rate of postoperative recurrence, clear sight, and can also resect the tumor radically in surgery.%目的：对甲下血管球瘤应用显微外科技术治疗并探讨临床疗效。方法2013年6月-2015年3月，应用显微外科技术切除甲下血管球瘤13例，术后肿瘤组织送病理检查。结果所有患者病理结果回报均为血管球瘤。术后13例均获随访，随访时间6个月~2年，平均15个月。患指疼痛症状消失，指甲平整、光滑，随访期内无复发。结论应用显微外科技术治疗手指甲下血管球瘤，具有创伤小，术中显露清晰、完整，可彻底切除肿瘤、术后复发率低等优点，临床疗效满意，是治疗手指甲下血管球瘤的有效方法。
