Topical delivery is an important way for treatment of skin disorders. However, impacted by the barrier of SC, traditional therapies such as ointments or creams cannot achieve the ideal effects, or even following toxic side effects. In the past few years, with the development of nano-materials research, nanocarrier-based topical drug vesicles were more and more used in the field of skin diseases.
