基于纳米载体的局部给药系统治疗皮肤病的研究进展

Topical delivery is an important way for treatment of skin disorders. However, impacted by the barrier of SC, traditional therapies such as ointments or creams cannot achieve the ideal effects, or even following toxic side effects. In the past few years, with the development of nano-materials research, nanocarrier-based topical drug vesicles were more and more used in the field of skin diseases. In the following section, the main representatives of nanocarriers particularly employed for skin targeting and their applications are discussed.%局部给药是治疗皮肤相关疾病的重要给药途径。然而，受皮肤角质层天然屏障的影响，外用制剂如软膏或乳膏往往达不到理想的效果，甚至伴随不良反应。近年来，随着纳米材料研究的日益成熟，新型的以纳米材料为载体的外用制剂越来越多地被应用到皮肤病的治疗领域中。该综述具有代表性的用于皮肤靶向应用的纳米给药系统的研究进展。
