文廷式自建特色数据库的实践与思考

It demonstrates strategies of building a characteristic bibliographic database in colleges and universities, including the establishment of long-term management mechanism, the increase of capital investment, personnel training, the establishment of evaluation system, the enhancement of academic dimension and the integration of the social dimension.
