提升高校辅导员队伍的专业素养，促进辅导员队伍专业化发展，是高校思政教育改革的必然趋势。但是，辅导员队伍建设面临着知识结构不合理、内隐素养弱、职业认同度低等一系列问题，要切实提升高校辅导员队伍的专业化建设，就需要严把入口关、强化培养关、畅通出口关。%It is an inevitable trend of ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities that college counselors should promote their professionalism and schools should promote the counselors group specialization. Counselor group construction, however, is faced with a series of problems: irrational knowledge structure, weak implicit literacy, and low professional self-identity. To improve the specialization of college counselors, we need to tighten recruitment, strengthen training, and smooth personal development barrier.
