就《取消全运会：基于体育公共服务的视角》一文主要观点和论证过程与原文作者商榷，从体育公共服务的视角对全运会进行再审视。研究认为，依据公共服务理论以及体育公共服务的基本内涵，全运会本身属于体育公共服务的范畴，因此“基于体育公共服务的视角取消全运会”的观点存在逻辑上的内在矛盾。同时，对“体育公共服务”内涵的狭隘理解导致该文忽略了全运会在服务奥运战略、实现为国争光、吸纳社会体育资源、推动体育深化改革、带动体育公共基础设施建设等体育公共服务方面所发挥的重要作用。在论证过程中，该文对全运会的认识也存在一定程度的偏差，对其现存问题的分析不全面。针对这一情况，对全运会现存主要问题进行梳理分析，并提出改革而不是取消全运会的主张。%The author discussed with the authors of The cancellation the National Games:a perspective based on sports public service about its major views and process of argumentation, reexamined the National Games from the perspective of sports public service, and put forward the following opinions:according to the public service theory and the basic connotations of sports public service, the National Games itself belongs to the scope of sports public service, therefore, logically there is an inherent contradiction in the view“to cancellthe National Games based on the perspective of sports public service”;moreover, the authors’ narrow understanding of the connotations of“sports public service” resulted in their neglect of important roles played by the National Games in servicing Olympic strategies, realizing striving to win honors for China, absorbing social sports resources, boosting sports reform deepening, promoting sports public service such as sports public infrastructure construction etc; in the process of argumentation, the authors’ understanding of the National Games was incorrect to a certain extent, and their analysis of its existing problems was not thorough. Accordingly, the author sorted out and analyzed existing major problems with the National Games, and put forward the proposal to reform but not to cancellthe National Games.
