公共体育服务标准体系框架构建及运行模式

摘要

公共体育服务标准体系研究目的就是维护公共体育服务有效供给的"最佳秩序".以国家服务标准和"服务三角"模型理论为依据,对公共体育服务标准体系内涵及特性、公共体育服务标准体系框架结构与功能进行阐释,构建了公共体育服务标准体系三角模型分析框架,并提出"标准+非标准""板块化""服务三角迁升"等公共体育服务标准体系运行模式.%The purpose of studying the public sports service standard system is to maintain the optimal order of ef-fective public sports service supply. Based on national service standards and the "service triangle" model theory as the bases, the authors expatiated on public sports service standard system connotations and characteristics, and pub-lic sports service standard system framework structure and functions, built a triangle model analysis framework of the public sports service standard system, and put forward such public sports service standard system running modes as "standard + nonstandard", "modularization" and "service triangle advancement".
