口腔益生菌在口腔疾病防治上的研究及应用

摘要

目前，利用益生菌防治口腔疾病的研究已成为国内外研究热点。口腔内已知细菌种类多达700余种，其中多种属于益生菌。大量研究表明，益生菌可通过对口腔微生物的影响而对龋病、牙周病和口臭等口腔疾病的防治发挥积极的作用。本文总结归纳口腔益生菌的研究进展，并就益生菌在口腔疾病防治上的研究及应用做系统性回顾和展望。%Durrently,research of probiotics in the treatment of oral diseases had become a hot topic at home and a-broad. More than 700 species of human oral bacteria had been found,many of them belonged to probiotics. Recent studies had found that probiotics played a positive role in prevention and treatment of oral diseases,such as dental caries,periodon-tal disease and oral halitosis through the influence of oral microorganisms. The paper summarized the research progress of o-ral probiotics,reviewed and outlooked systematically the research and application of probitics in the prevention of oral disea-ses.
