ZSM-5/MCM-41复合分子筛用于FCC汽油脱硫的初步考察

     

摘要

ZSM-5/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve was prepared by Nano-assembly method.The properties of ZSM-5/MCM-41 was characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD,SEM.The content of CuO loading,adsorption temperature,WHSV etc factors in composite molecular sieve desulfurization performance were investigated.The results show that,zeolite pore volume,pore size,surface area,acid strength can affect the desulfurization performance of the adsorbent.Under atmospheric pressure and a lower temperature,the desulfurization rate of 5 % CuO supported adsorbent by activation treatment is nearly 90%.It was also found that ZSM-5/MCM-41 has a certain impact on distribution of olefin and aromatization content with adsorption desulfurization process in the FCC gasoline.%采用纳米组装法制备ZSM-5/MCM-41复合分子筛,应用XRD、N2吸附-脱附,NH3-TPD、SEM等方法对ZSM-5/MCM-41的性质进行了表征,考察了金属CuO负载含量、吸附温度、重时空速等因素对复合分子筛的脱硫性能的影响.结果表明,分子筛的孔容、孔径、比表面积、酸性等性质均能影响吸附剂的脱硫性能,在常压且较低的温度下,质量分数5%CuO负载催化剂经活化后的脱硫率近90%.ZSM-5/MCM-41在吸附脱硫的同时,对FCC汽油中烯烃和芳烃组分的含量分布具有一定的影响.
