采用后合成法制备了 Y/MCM-41复合分子筛,对其进行 XRD、SEM、TEM、N2吸附-脱附等表征,并对复合分子筛的水热稳定性进行了考察。结果表明,最适宜的制备条件为 pH=11,n (CTAB)/n (SiO 2)=0.15,晶化时间为48 h。Y/MCM-41复合分子筛同时具有介孔分子筛 MCM-41和微孔 Y 型沸石的特征,与纯 MCM-41分子筛相比,复合分子筛具有较强的的酸性及较高的水热稳定性。%The Y/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve was prepared by post-synthesis method and its performance was characterized by XRD,BET,N2 adsorption-desorption and so on.In addition,its hydrothermal stability was studied.The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions are as follows:pH 1 1,CTAB and SiO 2 molar ratio of 0.1 5,crystallization time 48 h,and the composite molecular sieve had the properties of both mesoporous MCM-41 and microporous Y.The acidity and hydrothermal stability of composite molecular sieve were better than that of pure mesoporous MCM-41.
