NiCeY吸附剂的制备及脱硫性能

         

摘要

NiCeY adsorbents were prepared by liquid-phase-ion-exchange method using ultrasound assisted.The adsorbents were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2-dsorption specific surface area measurements (BET) and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emisssion spectroscopy (ICP).With dibenzothiophene /n-nonane/benzene modle oil as feedstock, the effect of NiCeY adsorbent on the desulfurization performance was investigated by static desulfurization experiment.The optimum adsorption conditions of NiCeY were that at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, the NiCeY adsorbent and the simulated oil mass ratio of 1∶20, the adsorption time of 5 h, the adsorption capacity of dibenzothiophene was up to 10.83 mg/g.The desulfurization performance of the adsorbent was studied by using the fixed bed dynamic desulfurization experiment.It was found that the synergistic effect of Ni2+ and Ce4+ not only had the high sulfur adsorption capacity but also had the ability of resistance to aromatics.At the same time, NiCeY adsorbent had good regeneration performance.%采用超声辅助的液相离子交换法制备了NiCeY吸附剂,利用XRD、BET和ICP技术对吸附剂进行了表征.以二苯并噻吩/正壬烷/苯为模拟油体系,考察了NiCeY吸附剂的吸附条件对吸附脱硫性能的影响.NiCeY吸附剂的最佳吸附条件为:常温常压下NiCeY吸附剂与模拟油质量比为1∶20,吸附时间为5 h,NiCeY吸附剂对二苯并噻吩的吸附硫容量为10.83 mg/g.考察芳烃存在对吸附剂脱硫性能的影响,发现NiCeY吸附剂中Ce离子的引入可以提高吸附剂的选择性,Ni离子的引入可以提高吸附剂的吸附硫容量,两种离子的协同作用使吸附剂具有高的吸附硫容和抗芳烃竞争吸附的能力,且NiCeY吸附剂具有良好的再生性能.
