双电层纳米材料的制备及在防腐涂料中的应用

     

摘要

In this paper,the hydrotalcite with positive charge was obtained by stripping the nitrate hydrotalcite,then a layer of Cl-was adsorbed to form electric double layer nanomaterials.The samples were characterized by XRD,HRTEM and FT-IR and used in anticorrosion coatings.The corrosion resistance of the coating was studied by SEM,polarization curve and nyquist curves technology.The results show that this kind of electric double layer nanomaterials can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the layer,and the corrosion potential can be increased from-0.9 V to-0.5V,which has a good application prospect.%先对硝酸根水滑石进行剥离以得到带正电荷的电水滑石层板,然后使其吸附一层Cl-,从而形成超分子双电层纳米材料,分别用XRD、HRTEM、FT-IR等对样品进行表征,并将其应用于防腐涂料中,用SEM、极化曲线及交流阻抗技术对图层的防腐性能进行研究.结果表明,这种超分子双电层纳米材料可以大大提高图层的耐腐蚀性能,腐蚀电位可由空白样品的-0.9 V提高到-0.5 V,具有很好的应用前景.
