大田条件下,以花生品种花育25为材料,采用麦收后贴茬种植方式,研究了不同施氮量对花生根瘤数、根瘤干重、根瘤固氮量、植株含氮量、荚果产量和氮素利用率的影响。结果表明,施氮量37.5kg /hm2处理的根瘤数和根瘤干重均高于其他处理,根瘤菌固氮量较高;植株、荚果含氮量和荚果产量与75 kg /hm2施氮量处理间无显著差异,但均高于其他处理;氮素利用率显著高于其他处理。本试验条件下,综合考虑产量和氮素利用率两方面因素,施纯氮量37.5kg /hm2为兼顾高产和节肥的最佳栽培模式。%Field experiment was conducted to examine the effects of nitrogen application rate on nodule number, dry weight, fixed N rate, N content of total plant, pod yield and N utilization in pea-nuts Huayu25 which planted after wheat harvest.The results show that the treatment N37.5 led higher nodule number and dry weight than those of other treatments.This is one of the reasons of the treatment N37.5 has higher fixed N rate than other treatments.The treatment N37.5 has higher N content of pod and total plant and the yield of pod peanuts, and had no significant difference with the treatment N75.The N utilization of treatment N37.5 was higher than other treatments.In conclu-sion, under the condition of this experiment, as far as N utilization and pod yield be concerned, the most appropriate productive and effective regime is treatment N37.5.
