关于“众手成志”的实践与思考

It's always said that editing chronicles is "writing chronicles by all hands"."All hands" has many meanings here .The first meaning is that leaders supporting writing chronicles with manpower and material resource .The second means that supporters providing the informative materials and building a solid foundation .The third means that specialists giving ad-vice and suggestion and solving doubts .The fourth means that using editor grasper to distribute tasks reasonably .The fifth means that controlling the whole chapters and contents well .In a word ,"writing chronicles by all hands" means that only working by all hands ,forming a cohesive force ,and developing collective intelligence that we can write high quality chronicles .%修志历来有“众手成志”之说。众手成志之“众手”，各有所指，各有所用，侧重不同。一是领导“推手”：重视修志工作，人力物力支持；二是供稿人“托手”：提供资料翔实，打好坚实基础；三是专家“拉手”：出谋划策，解疑释惑；四是编辑“抓手”：分工负责，各把一路；五是主编“控手”：谋篇布局，总体把握。“众手成志”，只有众手都出力，并且形成合力，发挥集体智慧，才能成就一部高质量的志书。
