廉洁文化：从理念到行为的转化机理和过程研究

摘要

The incorruptible culture construction should be"internalized ,curing in the system ,outside of the line",and play a role of "immersed in culture ,strengthening the morality".The basis of fostering probity culture is on refined concepts inclu-ding the honest goal ,mission ,values ,customs ,moral ,and spiritual .Transformation of incorruptible culture from concept to be-havior first means to get all the staff's recognition of the probity culture idea ,follows by making work without corruption be-come daily habits and daily behavior ,and last but not least is to shape the image of honesty and professional staff .%廉洁文化建设要“内化于心、固化于制、外化于行”，真正发挥“文化而润其内，养德以固其本”的作用。培育廉洁文化的基础是提炼廉洁文化理念，包括廉洁目标、使命、价值观、风气、伦理道德和精神等。廉洁文化从理念到行为的转化，首先是廉洁文化理念要得到全体员工的认同，其次是廉洁从业要成为员工的日常习惯和日常行为，再次是要塑造全体员工廉洁从业形象。
