企业培训机构培育核心竞争力的对策--以胜利油田高培党校为例

The core competence is the essence of enterprises to maintain their vitality and promote the service value .The article illustrates the meanings and the component factors of core competence in enterprise training centers ,analyzes the prob-lems existed and discusses the ways to foster core competence .%胜利油田高培党校目前在核心竞争力的培育上存在投入不足、管理体制机制尚需进一步优化，培训特色需进一步强化等问题。为此，首先应优化培训管理体制机制，提升管理水平；其次是以核心课程群建设为基础，构建培训课程体系；再次是提升师资队伍水平，培育名师；最后是强化课题研究，支撑培训内涵发展。
