国有企业“一把手”腐败案件频发原因剖析及对策

In recent years,the state-owned enterprises are frequently involved in"head-leader",and many means,great harm,become a trend of the current problems of serious disciplinary and law violation.To strengthen the cadres of party mem-bers in state-owned enterprises,especiallythe supervision of the "head-leader" of state-owned enterprises,is the focus of the anti-corruption work in a period of timefor the future.Truly standardize power operation and supervision mechanism;Tru-ly implement the main body of the party committee responsibilities and strengthen supervision and responsibility of discipline inspection commission;Truly strengthen the daily supervision and management of party member the leading cadre;Fully using the system of democratic supervision and guarantee its enforcement;Seting up a responsibility system,such as effective super-vision and punishment ofserious disciplinary and law violation,is to crack down on corruption,to guarantee correct operation of the power.%近年来，国有企业“一把手”频频涉案，且手段多样，危害巨大，成为当前重大违纪违法问题的一个趋势性特点。加强对国企党员干部，特别是对国企党政“一把手”的监督，是今后一段时间反腐倡廉工作的重点。切实规范权力运行和监督制约机制；切实落实党委的主体责任和强化纪委的监督责任；切实加强对党员领导干部的日常监督管理；充分运用民主监督制度并保障其执行力度；建立责任追究制度，惩违纪违法行为等有效监督举措，是打击贪腐行为，使权力正确运行的重要保证。
