从桂林郡到桂林府考略

From Qin Shihuang set up Guilin Jun to Zhu Yuanzhang changed Jingjiang to Guilin, in the last 1600 years, it’s not in complete accord in origin, meaning and explanation by later generations of Guilin ti⁃tle, especially in private and official, the expressions is very different. The top layer design of the ruling class, from Qincheng of Guilin Jun to later Shi’an,Guizhou and Jingjiang, it had always been the military city in the south and demonstrated military presence. But in private, it’s always been known as Guilin and is a wonderland full of peace and clean. Title of Guilin Fu to be finalized is the need to maintain the county bu⁃reaucracy and tributary system. It’s a deeper strategic consideration.%秦始皇设置桂林郡到朱元璋改静江为桂林，在这1600年期间，对桂林称谓的来历与涵义以及后人的解释不尽相同，特别是在民间与官方，所用表述大相径庭。在统治阶层的顶层设计中，从桂林郡的秦城开始，到后来的始安、桂州、静江，这里一直都是南国军城，彰显的都是一种军事存在。而在非官方的阶层，这里一直都称为“桂林”，是一个充满着祥和与清廉的好地方。桂林府名称的最后确定，是经过深思熟虑的，是郡县官僚制度与朝贡体系维持运作的需要，有着更深层次的战略考量。
