It is regarded as a displacement of the Ti4+ from the center of the oxygen octahedron. From phase transition behaviors of BST,composition factor of influenced dielectric tunability are discussed. The results show that dielectric tunability is achieved above 50 ~ 100 K of Curie point,and the closer it is to Curie point, the more dramatic the effect.
