超效率DEA模型在装备维修保障方案评估中的应用

摘要

针对DEA模型对多个同时有效的决策单元无法做出进一步评价或排序的不足，提出超效率 DEA 模型，以某区通信装备维修保障方案评估为例，验证了该模型在快速选择最优方案中的可行性和有效性，可为决策者在装备保障方案评估上提供有效的决策支持。%In this paper,a super-efficiency DEA is proposed to overcome the deficiency that the present DEA model fails to make further evaluations or make sequences when several decision-making units are valid at the same time.By taking certain communication equipment maintenance proposal as an example,this super-efficiency DEA model is tested to be feasible and effective in selecting the optimal solutions rapidly.Consequently,this model can benefit the decision-makers in making adequate assessments of equipment maintenance proposals.
