发病年龄对原发性舍格伦综合征患者口腔临床症状和血清学特征的影响

目的：研究发病年龄对原发性舍格伦综合征（primary Sjögren’s syndrome，pSS）患者口腔临床症状和血清学特征的影响。方法：该回顾性研究包括123名患者,这些患者全部满足原发性舍格伦综合征的欧美联合诊断标准（2002年版）。依据患者的发病年龄，将患者分为以下2组：第1组，年轻组（发病年龄≤40岁）；第2组，年长组（发病年龄>40岁）。口腔临床症状、血清学特征、口腔诊断辅助检查等临床资料在疾病确诊时收集。两组之间结果的统计学分析用t检验、卡方检验。结果：第2组口干视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）高于第1组；第2组牙周疾病患病率高于第1组；第2组抗着丝粒抗体（anti-centromere antibodies，ACA）的阳性率高于第1组；第1组的血清免疫球蛋白E（immunoglobulin E，IgE）值高于第2组。结论：与年长组患者相比，年轻组患者的口腔临床症状和血清学特征稍有不同。这将有利于帮助我们更好地了解该疾病。%Objective: To investigate and compare the oral manifestations and serological features of primary Sj ögren's syndrome (pSS) patients with a younger onset to those with an elderly onset. Methods:The study consisted of 123 pSS pa-tients, all of which comply with the standard of the American-European Consensus Group 2002 classification criteria. Pa-tients were divided into two groups according to the age at onset, group 1 is younger group (≤40 years), group 2 is elderly group (>40 years). Oral clinical manifestations, serological features and oral diagnostic tests were collected at diagnosis and made comparisons between the two groups. Statistical analyses of the results were performed using the Student t test and chi-square. Results: The oral dryness Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of Group 2 was higher than that of group 1. Group 2 had a higher prevalence than group 1 in suffering from periodontal disease. Group 2 had a higher prevalence of positive anti-centromere antibodies (ACA) than group 1. The immunoglobulin E (IgE) value of group 1 increased more than that of group 2. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the younger group has somewhat milder differences in oral clinical manifestations and serological features than the elderly group, which may help advance our understanding of the disease and improve patient management.
