护理人员使用心理卫生评定量表情况调查分析

The cognition of the nurses to the effect of mental factor on the health and diseases and the application of mental health assessment scale in clinical nursing care and nursing scientific research were investigated. A mental healthy relative question assessment questionnaire was designed and the applied range and difficult questionnaire of the mental healthy scale by nurses given. 227 nurses were studied. It was showed that the understanding, mastering and utilizing of mental healthy knowledge and mental healthy assessment scale by the nurses in the mental department were better than that in the nurses in the general department (P<0.05), and the administrators for nursing care better than general nurses (P＜0.05，P<0.01). The main range of mental healthy assessment scale by nurses was in healthy education and patients estimation and the main difficulties in lack of relative knowledge and data. It was suggested that effectively mastering and using mental healthy assessment scale was a weak link.%为了解护理人员对心理因素在健康和疾病过程中影响作用的认识，及心理卫生评定量表在临床护理和护理科研中的运用情况。自拟护理人员心理卫生相关问题评定问卷和护理人员使用心理卫生量表的范围、难点问卷，对227名护理人员进行调查分析。结果精神科护理人员学习心理卫生知识及对心理卫生评定量表的了解、掌握和使用程度高于综合科护理人员(P＜0.05)，护理管理人员高于一般护理人员(P＜0.05和P＜0.01)；护理人员使用心理卫生评定量表的主要范围是健康教育和评估病人，主要难点为缺乏相关资料和知识。提示有效地掌握和选择使用心理卫生评定量表是护理人员的薄弱环节，须加大学习和培训的力度，充分发挥心理卫生评定量表在临床护理和护理科研中的效用。
