Norton评分原始切点提高对老年患者压疮的预防效果

摘要

目的 探讨提高Norton评分原始切点至17分对老年患者压疮管理的效果.方法 将80例Norton评分15～17分(研究过程中分值未变)的老年住院患者实施自身前后对照研究.对照阶段加强预防教育,教会家属与患者自护技巧;试验阶段采取压疮预防专项护理措施.结果 对照阶段压疮发生率为26.25%,试验阶段未发生压疮.两阶段压疮发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 提高Norton评分的原始切点至17分,并采取预防措施,能有效预防老年住院患者压疮的发生,规范老年压疮的护理管理.%Objective To explore pressure-ulcer-preventing effect by elevating original incisal point of Norton Score to 17 for elderly patients.Methods A total of 80 hospitalized aged patients with a Norton Score of 15-17 were studied by using self-control method.At the control stage, nurses gave education on how to prevent pressure ulcers, and taught patients and their family members with self-care skills.At the experimental stage, nurses applied special nursing intervention to prevent pressure ulcers.Results Totally,26.25 ％ at the control stage developed pressure ulcers, against 0 case at the experimental stage, with statistical difference between the two stages (P＜0.01).Conclusion If we elevate the original incisal point of Norton Score to 17, and take preventive precautions for aged patients, pressure ulcers will be effectively prevented.
