目的 观察督灸辅助治疗大肠癌术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏的效果.方法 将大肠癌术后化疗具有癌因性疲乏患者64例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例.对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以督灸治疗.比较两组患者疲乏程度和体力状况.结果 观察组癌因性疲乏总分及行为、情感、感觉、认知4个维度得分显著低于本组干预前及对照组干预后(均P＜0.01);其KPS体力状况评分显著高于本组干预前及对照组干预后(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 督灸能明显改善大肠癌术后患者的癌因性疲乏程度,并能提高患者的体力状况.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of governor meridian moxibustion on cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in colorectal cancer patients after radical resection and adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods Sixty-four colorectal cancer patients after radical resection and adjuvant chemotherapy and developing CRF were randomly and evenly divided into two groups.The control group was given symptomatic and supportive treatment,while the experimental group additionally received governor meridian moxibustion therapy.Degree of fatigue and Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total CRF scores and scores of four dimensions (behavioral/severity,affective meaning,sensory,and cognitive/mood)in the experimental group were less than those before treatment and those in the control group (P＜0.01 for all,respectively.Scores of KPS in the experimental group were higher than those before treatment and those in the control group (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Governor meridian moxibustion therapy can relieve CRF and improve performance status in colorectal cancer patients after radical resection and adjuvant chemotherapy.
