Objective To study the effect of computer assignment therapy on rehabilitation of social function for patients with chronic schizophrenia. Method Divide 195 long-term hospitalization patients according with CCMD-3 schizophrenia standard into observation group (n＝97) and control group (n=98) according to simple randomized. Patients in both two groups receive routine anti-schizophrenia medicine therapy, general health education and routine psychiatry nursing management. Patients in observation group receive computer assignment therapy based on interventions above. Assess by Negative Symptom Scale and Social Function Scale before intervention and 1, 3, 6 months after intervention. Result The score of Negative Symptom Scale and Social Function Scale in observation group is obviously lower than the score in control group after intervation. The differenceis is significant. Conclusion Computer assignment therapy for patients with chronic schizophrenia can relieve negative symptoms and improve their social function.%目的 探讨计算机作业疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能康复的效果.方法 将 195 例符合 CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的长期住院患者按简单随机分组原则分成观察组 97 例、对照组 98 例,对两组患者采用常规抗精神病药物治疗、一般性健康教育及常规精神科护理管理,观察组在此基础上开展计算机作业疗法.干预前及干预后 1、3、6 个月进行阴性症状量表、社会功能评定量表测评.结果 干预后观察组阴性症状量表及社会功能评定量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计意义.结论 对慢性精神分裂症患者行计算机作业疗法,能改善阴性症状及社会功能.
